Steps

    Preheat the oven

    Heat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or brush lightly with olive oil.

    Prepare the ingredients

    Arrange cleaned sardines and halved cherry tomatoes in a single layer on the sheet. Scatter minced garlic evenly over the top.

    Season the drizzle

    Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle Celtic Fine Ground™ Sea Salt, black pepper, and herbs evenly over the sardines and tomatoes. Toss gently to coat.

    Roast until tender

    Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until tomatoes blister and the sardines are tender and flake easily with a fork.

  • Finish and serve

    Transfer to a platter, drizzle with a touch of olive oil or a squeeze of lemon, and serve warm with crusty bread.
