Frozen Mango Chunks: 1 cup
Plain Greek Yogurt (or coconut yogurt): 1/2 cup
Coconut Water: 1/2 cup
Makai Pure® Sea Salt: 1/4 tsp
Turmeric: 1/2 tsp
Cardamom: 1/4 tsp
Honey or Date Syrup (optional): 1–2 tsp

Blend Ingredients

Combine mango, yogurt, coconut water, Makai Pure® Sea Salt, turmeric, cardamom, and honey in a blender until smooth.
Serve

Pour into a glass and optionally sprinkle with turmeric or garnish with mint.
