Free Shipping
- Free shipping is available on retail orders over $50 (subtotal after discounts or coupons are applied).
- Free Shipping does not apply to:
- Wholesale orders
- International orders
- 55lb. bags of salt
- Certain drop-ship items
- Orders using more than one coupon
- Applying current promotions to previous orders
- Wholesale orders
Shipping Rates
Our shipping rates are based on your zip code and the total weight of your order to ensure fair and accurate pricing for everyone.
We ship using:
- FedEx
- UPS
- USPS (postal mail)
International Orders
We are not currently shipping internationally.
Wholesale Orders
If you are purchasing for a store or business (bulk or cases), please order through the Celtic Sea Salt® Wholesale Department. Email: wholesale@celticseasalt.com to apply for a new account or for any further questions.
Order Processing & Delivery
- Orders typically take 3–6 business days to process and ship.
- Tracking information is available in your Account once your order has shipped.
- Our facility is closed on the weekends, so orders placed then may experience additional delays.
- All orders ship from North Carolina—please consider this when estimating delivery times.
Heavy Order Policy
- Shipping price restrictions apply to orders that are considered extremely heavy.
- Orders weighing more than 100 lbs may require a call from a Customer Service Representative to customize a more accurate, reasonable shipping rate.
- If you have questions about shipping charges on your heavy orders, please call us.
Walk-In & Local Pick up Orders
- All pickup orders usually take 2-4 business days to prepare.
- We will contact you when the order is ready for pickup.

Find Us In Stores
Celtic Sea Salt® products are available in grocery stores nationwide. If your local grocer does not carry a product, please ask them to request it through their distributor. If they cannot source it, they may contact our Wholesale Department at 1-888-353-0030, for bulk and case discounts.
Returns Policy
At Celtic Sea Salt®, our mission is to provide the best customer satisfaction to our customers. If you are unhappy with the item you received we will gladly accept an exchange, apply a refund to your account, or offer store credit. Oftentimes you will need to ship the product back to our facility for assessment.

Celtic Sea Salt® will not issue credit for any merchandise that has reached beyond the 30 calendar days from the time you received your order. Celtic Sea Salt® does not replace or refund products purchased from 3rd party sellers.
Non-defective, unopened items may be returned for 100% exchange or refund. Original shipping charges are not always refundable.
