I really prefer the taste of Celtic sea salt in my food preparations and for making sole (my salt water). I think the flavor and nutrition profile is better than any of the other quality salt. My wife and I carry our own small amount of Celtic salt with us in a small plastic baggie so we always have some no matter where we go. Why on earth would I want to put ordinary table salt on a nice meal at a restaurant when I can have my Flower of the Ocean? There are not enough stars to indicate how much better I feel Celtic sea salt is than any other brand of salt.
