Brined & Roasted Pork Loin
A wet brine is the way to go for a lean tenderloin, which can easily become dry and bland otherwise. The Celtic Sea Salt® Savory Brine Blend seasons the meat throughout, while roasting at a gentle heat keeps this cut moist and tender. If you don’t like turkey, are on a budget, or are opting for a smaller gathering, this roast is the way to go. (Plus, it's much easier than roasting a whole bird.)
